ROTM Featured on Tribute Album "III" by Grand Groove (Spain)

Our comrades the Grand Groove crew from Zaragoza, Spain dropped the third chapter in their library with their album "III". The album was entirely produced by crew member Cash Flow, who tragically passed away in 2011. His brothas honored his spirit and legacy by compiling some of the greatest work he left behind to create a 13-track eulogy to their fallen homie, including a collab with ROTM's I.Sheik. The videos have already gotten a lot of deserved attention on YouTube. Check out some of the songs and visuals for this inspiring album, and download the music on iTunes by clicking here.

ROTM & Snowgoons drop new video for a Free Iran!

Revolution Of The Mind has teamed up again with German super-producers Snowgoons to commemorate the anniversary of the mass uprising in Iran during the last presidential election, and the new “election” taking place June 14. The Guardian Council and military cartel in Iran have once again made a mockery of the democratic process, rejecting all reformist and female candidates. ROTM’s new song “Kill Me Again” honors the resiliency of the Iranian people, and is a call-to-arms (literally or figuratively) to all those around the globe who support the movement for a Free Iran. The song is also a follow-up to “Die For My People” (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DcllrAh69uM), the viral ROTM/Snowgoons collab created during the previous election.

ROTM featured on new compilation "AZADI: Songs of Freedom for Iran"

It’s been three years since the post-election uprising in Iran, and Iranians are still seeking democracy and human rights. More than 20,000 citizens have been arrested for peaceful dissent. Iran ranks first worldwide in per capita executions, and jails the most journalists. Activists and minority groups face threats, arrests and prison.

United for Iran has collaborated with musicians from Iran, Egypt, Libya, South Africa, U.S., Palestine, Iraq, Sweden, Japan and more to produce AZADI: Freedom Songs for Iran. The artists have written and contributed songs of resistance and inspiration to create the first ever solidarity collection for the people of Iran.

TITLE TRACK FROM NEW ROTM ALBUM: “HONOR IN SIN” (FREE DOWNLOAD)

"That love of father and son outlived a movement, thus provin',
blood is thicker than revolution."

Our song/video for “Die For My People” (click here to watch on YouTube) told a fictional story tracing the last 30 years of political history in Iran. ROTM’s newest single release, “Honor In Sin”, shares the true life story of emcee I.Sheik’s family. Just as the Islamic Revolution was tearing the fabric of a nation, Sheik’s family was being divided by the same civil war that gripped their country. The title track off ROTM’s new album, “Honor In Sin” tells the tale of division and reconciliation for a family caught on both sides of political upheaval.
The album version is available for download below or by clicking here. The radio edit of the mp3 is available here, and you can also click here to hear the song on YouTube.
